TRIVIUM have unleashed the official video for their blistering new single “Bury Me With My Screams”, the first taste of their upcoming EP, STRUCK DEAD, due out October 31, a Halloween release befitting the band’s darkest edge.
The announcement comes in the wake of a surprise shake-up. TRIVIUM had been on the road with Bullet For My Valentine for the Ascendancy anniversary tour, celebrating two decades of one of metalcore’s most influential records. However, the joint trek was abruptly cut short following BFMV’s decision to step away to focus on new material, despite recently announcing their own tour of Australia.
Undeterred, TRIVIUM are forging ahead with their own headlining run. The “Ascend Above The Ashes” tour kicks off October 31 in Myrtle Beach, SC, and wraps December 14 with a triumphant hometown show in Orlando, FL. The band will be joined by Ukrainian metal titans JINJER, with rising UK force HERIOT as openers.
Struck Dead will mark the first new release since 2021’s acclaimed In The Court Of The Dragon, which was once again produced and mixed by Josh Wilbur and released via Roadrunner Records.
With “Bury Me With My Screams,” TRIVIUM channel fury, resilience, and the fire that’s kept them pushing the genre forward since the early 2000s. The track is a war cry for what’s to come and a reminder: this band never stays buried for long.
