Iron Maiden and The Cure Spearhead a Seismic Lineup at Nova Rock 2026

Austria’s biggest rock and metal festival, Nova Rock, has once again raised the bar for 2026 with a lineup that blends legendary icons, modern heavyweights, and rising stars. Taking place from June 11–14, 2026 at the traditional grounds of Pannonia Fields in Nickelsdorf, the festival promises another unforgettable weekend for rock fans across Europe.

The newly revealed lineup is nothing short of seismic. Iron Maiden, one of the most influential heavy metal bands in history, will bring their unmatched stage production and decades of anthems to the Nova Rock stage. Sharing top billing, The Cure, pioneers of post-punk and gothic rock, will deliver a timeless performance, further underlining the festival’s reputation for eclectic headliners.

Other highlights include Danish powerhouse Volbeat, metalcore juggernauts Bring Me The Horizon, and symphonic warriors Sabaton, each ensuring the weekend will offer a diverse mix of sounds and spectacles. Fans of alternative rock can look forward to A Perfect Circle and The Offspring, while the heavy contingent is bolstered by names like Trivium, Static-X, and Malevolence.

Since its first edition in 2005, Nova Rock has grown into a cornerstone of Europe’s festival season, drawing tens of thousands each year to the Austrian-Hungarian border for four days of pure rock celebration. The 2026 lineup continues this tradition, offering a blend of legacy acts and genre-defying modern artists that guarantees something for every generation of rock fan.
